Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen featuring a great gas stove as well as microwave and refrigerator, a modern shower in the main bathroom plus a separate powder room, a washer and dryer, and a brick grill and picnic table in the back yard. Sleeps eight (two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with twin bunk-beds, plus an alcove with a full-size futon that can be curtained off, and a queen sleeper sofa in the bay-view back room).
